Bienville House Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel in the southwest corner of the New Orleans French Quarter. Convenient to entertainment areas, but just far enough away to be quiet. Our second floor room opened onto the picturesque courtyard filled with lush greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our car was parked in an on-site garage with convenient access. Great little hotel in the heart of the French Quarter! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, a bit on the small side but this is to be expected from an old building in this area. Staff friendly, helpful, nice decor, great amenities, clean, convenient to Fr. Qtr., and a safe area. Only problem was that our room on a busy street and was noisy at night.

I requested two rooms with two double beds, and was told that would be possible. Upon arriving, I learn that we have two rooms with king size beds, that are no where near each other. The staff had told us they were sold out, yet the couple in the room next to us informed us that they had two double beds but had requested one king. We had four people in a room with one king bed, and two towels. We requested more towels 3 times, with no service and eventually had to go down and get them ourselves.

The location was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my every need. The dining was excellent. Even the parking attendants went above and beyond.
